—— Our Wudang Dragon Gate Lineage ——

Johnny Shieh is a 19th-generation lineage holder of Wudang Dragon Gate, a tradition rooted in the Taoist practices of Wudang Mountain, China. Wudang martial arts are renowned for their emphasis on internal cultivation, blending flowing movements with meditative focus and martial applications. The system includes styles like Tai Chi, Bagua Zhang, and Xingyi Quan, all designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit while developing martial prowess. Johnny Shieh continues to preserve and share this ancient tradition, inspiring others to explore the depth and artistry of Wudang martial arts.
