We had an awesome Sunday Morning training session today as we went over the the foundations of Bagua Zhang!
One of the areas we covered was how to correctly stand in the the Coiling Dragon Stance. Here is a quick review on some pointers to make sure you are doing it correctly.
Green Line: Make sure there is a line between your feet and you do not cross over that line. The width of the line between the two feet should be no more than 1 inch.
Blue line: The back foot points to the same direction where the body is facing (forward).
Red line: The front foot is at a 45 degree angle pointing inward.
The body is rotated about 90 degrees toward the side if your front feet.
